SUPER STABLE VEE HULL (SSV®) |

| The SSV (Super Stable Vee) hull design on all of our Bowriders is one of the best hull designs in the industry. First developed in 1977, it is a timeless design we continue to refine and improve. It’s quick to plane (with minimal bowrise), stable at high speeds and tracks tight in the turns. And the combination of light weight and hydrodynamic efficiency results in another big advantage: excellent fuel economy. The best hull design in boating. |

FORWARD EXTENDING CHINES On most boat hulls, the chines diminish in the forward half of the hull. The SSV hull’s wide chines extend far forward. This greatly reduces rocking from side-to-side and front-to-back when moving throughout the boat resulting, in increased stability and safety. |

LONGITUDINALLY MOLDED STRAKES The SSV hull features tuned strakes molded longitudinally into the hull creating lift by deflecting spray down and away from the hull—a key reason why Glastron boats get on plane so quickly. |

WIDE REVERSE CHINES The SSV hull’s wide reverse chines create a “bank” of water for added lift and precise, stable turning. Boats without them have a flatter running surface that results in a jarring ride and a tendency to slide in turns. |

DOUBLE TRUSS HULL CONSTRUCTION (DTHC) |

| All Bowrider models 22 feet in length or less are built with our DTHC method. Our Double Truss Hull Construction (DTHC) is the combination of our Super Stable Vee hull bonded together with our one-piece composite fiberglass stringer system. |
| Our one-piece composite fiberglass stringer system in Runabout models 22 feet or less in length, provides unparalleled strength and rigidity which helps eliminate deck and hull twisting. It runs from bow to stern and is engineered to fit snuggly and evenly where the stringer system and hull edges meet. It is fully finished and gelcoated so the lower storage compartmentsare smooth, easy to wipe clean, with no absorption of mildew or odors. |

| High performance adhesive–Our stringer system is bonded to the hull using a high performance adhesivethat is stronger than fiberglass and often used on yachts and high performance racing boats due to its strength and durability. |
|

| Flotation foam–We inject high density 2 pound per square foot closed cell flotation foamthroughout the cavity between the hull and stringer system. This strengthens the hull and acts as a shock insulator for a quieter, less jarring ride. It is distributed evenly and generously from the very front to the very back of the hull providing superior upright and level flotation. |

| Multi-axial fiberglass fabric–Our hulls are constructed using multiaxial fiberglass—a material used in high performance racing boats vs. some manufacturers who use conventional woven roving fiberglass. |

SMOOTHER SURFACE BARRIER COAT (SSBC) |

| Applying an epoxy non-permeable barrier coat (a process done in yacht manufacturing) to the hull helps keep the hull laminates dry, prolonging the life of the hull. It allows us to offer a 5 year limited warranty against blistering on our hulls. Please see your Glastron Dealer for more details |
